Adsearch's Industry and Engineering division is recruiting for its client, a family-owned industrial group operating in 12 countries with a turnover of €4 billion, for the position of Instrumentation Supervisor for an expatriation role based in Kazakhstan.

On an industrial site established in 2010, with multicultural teams of 180 employees and around a hundred subcontractors, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Director, managing a team of 20 technicians and engineers, overseeing all maintenance activities and new projects of the team.

Your detailed responsibilities include:

Implementing group policies in terms of HSE, CSRD, and ESG.Conducting control of measurement devices, sensors, and control systems of the plant.Ensuring adequate preparation of preventive maintenance to be applied to all types of measurements throughout the plant.Verifying the plant's supervisory system (SCADA system) to monitor any faulty measurements to be corrected.Calibration and maintenance of the plant's gas analyzers at the kiln inlet, precalciner, and preheater outlet.Supporting the Automation Department for proper monitoring of analog signals from the site to the PLC input.Participating in efficient management and continuous improvement of CO2 emissions reduction (and other greenhouse gases).

As a qualified electrical engineer, you should have at least 10 years of experience in heavy industry, including at least 5 years in a similar position. You should be familiar with Siemens hardware and software, PLC programming, and SCADA systems. As a leader, team-builder, and inquisitive individual, your excellent English proficiency (at least fluent) will enable you to adapt in a multicultural environment, and proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage.

The salary ranges from €3500 to €5000 net monthly, with an expatriation package including:

Ingénieur électricien diplômé, vous disposez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en industrie lourde dont au moins 5 à un poste similaire.
Vous connaissez les matériels et logiciels Siemens, la programmation PLC et système SCADA.
Leader, fédérateur et curieux, votre excellent niveau d'anglais (minimum courant) vous permettra de vous adapter dans un milieu multiculturel, la maîtrise du Russe est un atout indéniable.
